We want you to be satisfied with n8nmanager. If you are not happy with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This 14-day refund window applies to first-time subscriptions only.

2. Conditions

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The refund is requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The request is for a first-time subscription (not a renewal).
  • The account has not violated our Terms of Service.

Renewal payments beyond the initial 14-day window are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email and the reason for your refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries related to payments and returns. You may also contact Paddle directly for payment-related questions.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made.
  • Your n8n instances will continue to run on your servers, but you will no longer receive management services from us.
